Medical Mask Direct connects medical providers, municipalities & first reponders with local distributors & global PPE manufactures. We do not accept payments of any kind. Once we have authenticated your request, we transfer you immediately to the source.

What To Expect

Please see the basic process outline below. Once we can antithetic your request, we transfer you immediately. We are the central source of information & gatekeeper to prevent system overload from retail sale requests and to ensure order requests go to the providers who can meet the need.

Step 1

Purchase Order (PO) or LOI

To place an order, we must receive a Purchase Order (PO) or Letter of Intent (LOI) to purchase on letterhead or via email from the organization making the request to confirm that you are a medical provider, facility, municipality, and/or first responder. Once our team at Medical Mask Direct has confirmed the authenticity of your request, we transfer you immediately.

Step 2

Final Order Quote

After receiving your PO or LOI, our team will put together the final quote based on the products requested. To complete this process, we do need to know the final destination of all PPE items to properly quote shipping costs and estimated time of delivery.

Step 3

Proof of Funds (POF)

After your PO or LOI has been submitted and you have agreed to the final quote, we will request Proof of Funds for the order. This can be done in a few different ways depending on what kind of organization you represent, and payment methods may vary based on order size, location, and/or organization type.

Down Payment

Many of the global manufactures we are connected with require a down payment based on the total PO or LOI. The majority of these manufactures have a minimum deposit amount between 30% to 50% of the total order.

Step 4

Direct Shipping

After all details are agreed upon in writing, our team will send Proof of Life for requested products as well as all appropriate certification for said PPE products. Once approved by all parties, your order will be officially processed and shipped directly to your location of choice. At that time, fund will be distributed according to agreed upon method of payment and timeline.

We now have a dedicated Full Time Logistics Team at our disposal to streamline the delivery process. We have partnered with kuehne+nagel through ToughGuard and have the support from the U.S AIR FORCE when necessary to ensure safe and speedy delivery to authentic/approved medical facilities, municipalities, and first responders.
